TRIM Posters

Stampin’ Up! developed an intensive training program called TRIM, which incorporated lean manufacturing, communication and issue resolution, and relationship-building theories. I wrote and designed these posters to support key TRIM concepts and help ingrain the ideas into our company culture. These posters were large-format prints that were hung in common areas throughout the company campus.
